Can you tell I am excited from the title of this post? Well, my two best friends are here in Germany which has been busy and wonderful!! We spent the weekend in Belgium (pictures soon to come) which was absolutely magical, but today my student Dominik invited us over for a German tea party.
His mom literally could not have been sweeter, having a full table set with treats for us. We stuffed our tummies with delicious German sweets and enjoying chatting for two hours.
And, to work of all the sweets, we hiked back from their house in the snow. They live a ways away, so the hike was beautiful and it was even snowing so Emily and Bizzell got a little taste of German winter.
After meeting the dragons, it was a fantastic way to spend the afternoon :) Germany is glad to have these visitors.
